Rehearsal Schedule

April 30th- May 4th 
          Afterschool rehearsals 3:30-5:45

Saturday May 5th 
          9AM-Noon(ish),  Noon-5PM (costuming, if your costume is not set, please expect to spend some time with costuming)

Sunday May 6th 
           
Noon-8PM  Tech rehearsal.  This is a long time.  School work should be brought. Cards, quiet games are encouraged. THIS IS THE ONLY DAY THAT MP3 PLAYERS           WILL BE ALLOWED.  Please bring food that will last for the duration.  If food is           being brought in during the day, please do not expect your child to be able to 
t         leave the auditorium to get it.  You will need to bring it inside.  We will need             parent support for dressing rooms and crowd management

Monday May 7th 
            3:30-9:00  Partial Dress Rehearsal   Dinner provided.

Tuesday May 8th 
            3:30-9:00 Full Dress Rehearsal   Dinner provided
We will need parent support for the dressing rooms

Wednesday May 9th 
          7AM call for school show.  Parent support needed from 7AM-11:30AM  no rehearsal afterschool.. go home and sleep!

Thursday  May 10th   
          7AM call for school show.  Parent support needed from 7AM-11:30AM  no rehearsal afterschool... go home and sleep!

Friday  May 11th  
          5:00PM Call  Parent support needed
          5:00-6:00 Hair, Make-up, Costumes
          6:00-6:16 Sound/Mic check
          6:15-6:30 Vocal Warm-ups
          6:30  House Opens
          7:00 Show!
 
Saturday May 12  
         11AM Call  Parent support needed
         10:00-Noon Hair, Costume, Make-up
         Noon-12:15 Sound/Mic Check
         12:15-12:30  Vocal Warm-ups
         12:30  House Opens
         1:00PM  Show!
         After Show:  Hang up and prepare costumes, props, set for evening performance
         Leave make-up on
         3:45 Dinner break (provided)   Remain in the building!  Paper Plate awards!  REST
         5:00-6:00PM  Hair, Make-up Touch ups  costumes
         6:00-6:15 Sound/Mic Check
         6:15-6:30 Vocal Warm-ups
         6:30 House Opens
         7:00 Show!
 
After show: Strike and Clean-up:  90 minutes to 2 hours

All students are expected to attend.  Parents supervising the students is a must. Each cast and crew member will be assigned to specific areas to help clean, pack, carry or take apart the set, costumes,props, sound and other elements of our production of "Joseph."   There is a lot of work to be done and many hands make light work!

 

 

We are compiling the slots of volunteers and will post it during next week.  Please be sure to take a look at the sign-ups to confirm your slots and to fill in any openings.
