2 Design four showcases to help your clients visualize what the huge glass cases decorating the restaurant will contain. Choose famous places, things, or people that represent your theme. Work cooperatively according to your roles. Begin by individually researching the theme your group has chosen using the resources provided for you. Choose two topics you think would make good showcases and fill out the research form found by clicking the link at the top of the resource page. Once you have entered the information, save the form in your folder and print it. Defend your choices to the group using your research and listen to your teammates' presentations. Debate and reach agreement on a choice of four showcases. Create a compelling description or biography of your topic. Include complex ideas by using connectors. Make sure to include required showcase content. Use at least two adjectives in every sentence. Use at least 5 verbs with at least one double verb. Create a PowerPoint with a picture, an artifact, and a description for each of the items you picked. The description should include the research from your research form and the answers to the questions found on the following forms: Defense of candidate ~ for a person Defense of choice ~ for a place or thing
3. You will design your menu and add it to your PowerPoint.
4.Your last task as a group is to find an authentic French recipe in grams and liters, convert it to cups and ounces, and cook enough to share with your classmates. BON APPÉTIT!
