As a memorial the French government has gathered a group of the biggest French corporations to help with a special project. They have contacted your International Development firm to submit a creative proposal. They want to develop a series of themed restaurants like the Hard Rock Café. Instead of showcasing Rock Stars these cafés will be built around showcases, artifacts and menus. They will capitalize on France's heritage, culture, monuments and famous people. This will help celebrate France's accomplishments and capitalize on the new feelings of national pride and global community. A percentage of the profits will go to the families of the victims of that fateful day.
