You will be part of a 4 person team of experts: a chef , a researcher on the staff of the French Minister of Culture, a graphic artist, and an author. Learn more about the roles by clicking here.

Together you will select a restaurant theme by researching French Culture and history.

You will design showcases and artifacts based on your research to dazzle people with the great decor you've chosen.

Then you will create a menu to entice everyone to flock to your restaurant.

You will design and present a fabulous PowerPoint presentation to sell your idea to the French CEOs financing the project.
