THE PLANES GO TO WAR

    The book I read was THE LAST MISSION by Harry Mazer. It is a good war book for people who want to read war books. I think you should read it because it is a very detailed book about the B-17 bombers and what happened to the prisoners of war. 

   The story is mainly set in England and part in New York. I liked the book mostly because it is a war book and with all the terrorism going on in the world it helps me figure out what war is like. The main character "Jack" is honest. An example is he tells the Air Corps that he got in with a fake birth certificate. It's a good book to see what happened to most of the captured or prisoners of war.

    In conclusion I think you should read this book and it is for any age above 9. There are more books like this but, I think this one is the best.
