The Unforgotten Days in the
Canadian Wilderness
By Jonathon
Do you like books with adventures in the wilderness? If you do, Hatchet is a great book for you. This is one of Gary Paulsen's best. It is interesting and the excitement is breathtaking. The wilderness is the most descriptive part of his writing.
The wilderness is where Brian ends up after the crash. He must survive alone in the wilderness because the nearest town is miles away. Brian's time lost and alone is the most descriptive detail of the wild I've ever read.
So if you like excitement in the wilderness and you know what it looks like in your head, you should jump right into Hatchet.
