Languages, Religion, and Government
The type of government that Mexico has is a Federal Republic. The system of government- The legislative, executive and judicial branches of the government are kept secret. The chamber of deputies have 500 members while the senate has 64 two each from each state and two the Federal District. The president has supreme executive powers and appoints the council of Minster. He is elected for a single six year term by direct suffrage.
The main religions of this country are Christians, ninety-three percent and Roman Catholic, eighty-nine percent.
The people in this country speak mostly Spanish.
