| The weather in Venezuela is mostly tropical, hot, humid, and more moderate in highlands. As its southernmost tip is about 60 miles above the equator, and the entire country lies within the Torrid Zone. So it might appear extremely hot and oppressive. The city of Mérida, 5,175 feet above sea level in the mountain zone, has an average temperature of 65° F. Winter and summer, it's a rainy and dry season so it's not always hot and tropical. |

| The indigenous population in Venezuela is the Yanomani Indians. Yanomani have wooden stick through their nose and they don't wear clothes much. Men and boys wear flaps but no shirt, young girls don't wear shirts either but they have flaps too. The older girls and women wear dresses and lot of jewelry. |
