Independent Reading Assignment

5. Answer one of these two questions:

a. Do any of the characters remind you of someone in your life? Or,

b. Does this book remind you of another book? Why?

6. Explain about one time that the main character did the right thing.
7. Pick out two characters you would like to meet. Explain, in detail, why you would like to meet them.
8. If you could give the main character in this book a gift, what would it be and why would you give it to them?
9. What do you think is the theme of the book, or the lesson that is learned?
10. Compare how the story turned out to how you predicted it would turn out in question #1.
