“Morning boss,” Bill greeted.
“Yap,” Bill’s supervisor mumbled like he didn’t care.
Bill stepped out from behind the counter then shot for the door like a bullet from a rifle. Bill picked up his cell phone dialing the numbers, 896-8752. Ring… Ring…
“Hey Bob meet me on 5th street,” Bill whispered.
“Ok, bye” Bob uttered.
Bill stepped back in the Mobil station and back behind the large colorless counter. Five minutes later a customer came in and put one bag of chips and one Dr. pepper soda on the counter.
“$5.00,” Bill asked.
The customer gave Bill $5.00. Bill’s phone shuck. With the cash register open. Bill’s eyes glittered with excitement when he saw the keys to his supervisor’s brand spanking new black Mercedes Benz. Then Bill yanked out the cash register with all his strength. Bill dashed out the door like lighting. Running to the car like a maniac he opens the door to his supervisor’s nice new car. Bill stepped on the gas, hard and flew out the parking lot. Right at that moment his supervisor came in the customer service area to see Bill driving away in his brand new black Mercedes Benz. Bills supervisor walked up to the phone and called the cops on him. Bill’s was currently driving down 5th Street on the look out for Bob. Something caught the corner of Bill’s eye it was Bob. Bill stepped on the brakes.
“Reeeeeeeeeeeeee,”
“Jump in Bob,” Bill calls.
Suddenly Bill and Bob heard sirens. Bill stepped on the gas petal and hard.
With Bob half way out the car pulling on the seat belt with all his power he pulled him self in the car. Now Bill stepped on the gas harder. The sounds of the sirens and the flashing of the red and blue lights caused Bill to speed up just before a corner.
“Bang,” The tires on the car hit the curve.
“Be careful Bill,” Bob yelled.
“Don’t worry,” Bill yelled back.
The other cop was still bulleting at Bill. Bill served fast and almost flipped over. The cop swerved “Well don’t get us killed,” Bill tried to say calmly and then took a deep breath.
The cop picked up his radio
“N2 requesting back up,” The cop said into his radio. Two minutes later another cop came bulleting in behind the other cop’s car. Squeezing through a turn one of the cops hit a stop sign and flipped scraping the pavement with sparks flying the cop’s car hit a fire hydrant and water went flying. The cop swerved after Bill but hit the curve instead and flipped over. Still going fast Bill shouts, “We did it, now let’s get out of here.”
