Parsifal's Page
I recently read Parsifal's Page, it's a book is about a
young man, named Parsifal who is kind of clumsy in the beginning of the book,
but wants to become a knight and do great deeds. But he doesn't know where to
start, but is guided by his page, Piers or "Pierre" what he likes to
be called. So Piers and Parsifal journey far, looking for great deeds to do,
adventures to have, people to meet, and battles to fight. This is a really cool
book because it clashes with the story "King Arthur", because Parsifal
and Pierre meets with Sir Lancelot (without evening knowing), King Arthur
himself, and Sir Gawain. So Parsifal and Piers venture far, looking to people to
meet, places to go, and battles to fight.
I liked the plot because it is a big adventure. I also like
this book because this it has the spirit of a knight and a wanderer in it. This
book takes place in the Medieval times, so fighting with swords, lances, and
axes aren't a option. So, everyone in that time era goes up to their opponent to
fight them.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to read
action-adventure kind of books.
