Matilda                  

    The title of this book is Matilda.  The main character in this book is Matilda. Matilda is a little girl about at the age of four/five.  In this book, Matilda is trapped with a family who doesn't care about her!  She has a mom, a dad, and an elder brother.  Mostly every day, Matilda's parents are not home; the mom goes to play bingo with her friends every morning, her dad goes to his car business, and her brother goes to school.  While Matilda was all home alone, she did every thing from cooking to doing the dishes to putting herself to bed.  

    After a late start of school, Matilda met Miss. Honey ( the Kindergarten teacher ).  Miss. Honey loved Matilda a lot, just as her own child.  Unfortunately, Miss. Honey had lot's of troubles of her own too.  Miss. Honey's Wicked aunt took every thing from Miss. Honey.  She took her house, she took her monthly bills, her property, etc. etc!  Surprisingly, Matilda knew who Miss. Honey's aunt was!  Now It's up to Matilda to save Miss. Honey!

    My favorite character in this book is Matilda.  Matilda is my favorite character because in this book, Matilda is very patient even though mostly every one is very mean to her!  But even though she is patient, it doesn't mean that she lets people bully her.  Matilda stands for her rights when she needs to and is not afraid to say the right thing.  Matilda is also a very good sport and cooperates nicely with others!

    I would recommend this book to any reader who likes fantasy, funny, exciting, and/or realistic fiction books!
